Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We take pride in offering a variety of gluten-free and vegan flavors daily. Please note that while we follow strict cleaning protocols, all donuts are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat and dairy.
How should I store my donuts if I'm not eating them immediately?
Our donuts are best enjoyed the day they are purchased. If you need to save them, keep them in a cool, dry place. For a 'just out of the fryer' experience, microwave for 5-8 seconds.
Do you ship your donuts nationwide?
We currently offer nationwide shipping through our partner, Goldbelly. This ensures your treats are packaged professionally and arrive fresh at your doorstep.
Can I place a large order for an event or wedding?
We love being part of your special days! We accept pre-orders for large quantities (3 dozen or more) with at least 48 hours' notice. Please contact your local shop directly to coordinate.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
